On May 26th, the New Dramatists held their annual luncheon, this year honoring lyricist and composer Stephen Schwartz. This lovely event included tribute performances by Aaron Tveit, Ariana DeBose, Caissie Levy, and Nina White. The New Dramatists continues to strive for a more significant role of playwrights in theater and showcases their members’ work, including both acclaimed and new artists.
