The writer of “Dracula, a Comedy of Terrors” and great-grandnephew of Bram Stoker, Dacre Stoker, explains how this show came to be. “Dracula, A Comedy of Terrors” is a comedic twist on Bram Stoker’s classic. Directed by Gordon Greenberg, it transforms the gothic tale into a fast-paced, campy spoof filled with pop culture references, slapstick humor, and quick character changes. The five-person cast, led by James Daly as an eccentric Dracula, plays multiple roles, delivering an hour and a half of light-hearted fun instead of horror.
